See what our employees are saying...
I work as an Analyst and am focused on climate and energy. Our team contributed to a research paper that used NYC air monitor data to calculate health benefits to children from air quality improvement. I enjoy working at Abt and with teammates that are also passionate about equitable and clean energy policies. The data we analyze supports policies that have significant societal impacts.
The work is interesting and the quality is remarkable... the Abt team's intelligence, dedication, and willingness to pitch in is what I enjoy most. I joined Abt straight from earning a degree in environmental science 14 years ago. Abt has offered great opportunities (including the ability to obtain my MPH). I could still be here in 10 years.
