USAID renewed its commitment to localization in 2022 through the Local Capacity Strengthening Policy. This second webinar in our The Future of Health Systems series unpacked the power of localization to build robust and inclusive health systems that cater to the needs of communities around the world. 

Industry leaders from USAID, Amref, and Resilient Health Systems explored how empowering local communities can enhance the sustainability and effectiveness of health systems interventions. They delved into various localization strategies—including successes and challenges—and shed light on opportunities to advance the localization agenda.
