SEBTC’s goal was to improve the food security of children during the summer who receive free and reduced-price meals during the school year. Abt Global and its partners, Mathematica Policy Research and MAXIMUS, conducted a random assignment evaluation of the SEBTC demonstration in 2011, 2012, and 2013.
