Hanna Kovaleva is a program manager with 15 years of experience managing  humanitarian aid and development programs in Ukraine, with a recent focus on the eastern part of the country ravaged by the war with Russia. She has worked with international organizations, including the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and the United Nations, as well as social enterprises. Kovaleva’s work with vulnerable populations has centred around gender equality, non-discrimination, conflict sensitivity, and social inclusion. She has extensive experience with monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning approaches; program management; and communication strategies in public health, mental health, and community stabilisation.

Shelley Martin is a gender and sustainable development advisor with a background in women and youth empowerment, inclusive business and innovation, and human rights in supply chains and communities. Her work has engaged local and global organizations in numerous sectors across 15+ countries, spanning climate-smart agriculture, land rights, finance, entrepreneurship, clean energy, STEM, infrastructure, manufacturing and consumer goods.

Peter Saling has 14 years of experience designing, leading, and managing programs to increase incomes through agriculture-based livelihoods. His expertise spans from expanding climate resilient livelihoods for marginalized and disadvantaged populations to increasing affordable access to financing for catalyzing enterprise growth. Saling has designed climate smart agriculture, economic development, and financial sector strengthening programs in more than a dozen countries across sub-Saharan Africa, southeast Asia, and the Middle East. He has worked with governments, the private sector, cooperatives and associations, and civil society to link agricultural producers and small businesses to markets, while also designing innovations to engage young people in agriculture and increase earning opportunities for smallholder farmers.

Bennett LaFond is an agroecologist with eight years of experience working to strengthen U.S. and international agriculture and food systems. His work has centered around developing market-led approaches to improving livelihoods and creating resilience for farmers and their committees. He has worked with agribusinesses; a broad range of U.S. state and federal agencies; international donors and non-profits; and tribal, state, and national governments to design and implement programs to help farmers and their communities increase resilience, earnings, and production.

Melissa Schweisguth is an inclusive market systems development and economic growth expert with more than sixteen years of experience in the international development and food and agriculture private sectors. She has focused extensively on designing programs, providing technical expertise for implementation, developing market systems approaches and guidance, and developing and delivering staff training.

Stan Crock has more than 40 years of writing experience, including three decades as a journalist for major news outlets, more than a decade of proposal writing, and marketing and communications experience. He has written for such outlets as Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Associated Press, The New Republic, Investopedia, TheStreet.com, and bestsories.ca. He has worked on proposals for Accenture, McKinsey, IBM, Abt Global, and other firms. Crock has worked in marketing and media relations for Abt since 2018.

Allan Duncan has more than 20 years of experience in designing and managing large, complex programmes in Africa and Asia. His work has cut across a number of areas, including climate change, institutional development, governance, and capacity building. He has managed multidisciplinary, culturally diverse teams that delivered high-quality results in challenging environments. He has worked extensively in Africa and South Asia for such clients as the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Lindiwe Chola Dlamini is a certified expert in climate change and renewable energy finance with 18 years’ experience in sustainable energy policy, resource mobilization, partnership development, and program management. Her career includes leadership, resource mobilization, and implementation roles for sustainable energy in Eswatini. She has provided expert technical advisory support for public-private partnership negotiations in energy infrastructure and team leadership for Eswatini's Programme for Affordable Renewable Energy. She has worked with start-up social enterprises and with development programs funded by the U.S. and EU government, African Development Bank, United Nations organizations, World Bank, and African Legal Support Facility.

Stephanie Landers Silva is an inclusive economic growth and agribusiness specialist, bringing more than 10 years of experience in strategic advisory services, partnership development, program design, and project management. She has worked with a wide range of clients and partners including multinational corporations, local businesses, industry associations, producer cooperatives, and government agencies. She focuses on working with the private sector to integrate sustainable and inclusive development considerations into business decisions, from supplier relationships to underserved customer segments and market entry. Operating cross-sectorally, Landers Silva also helps governments, NGOs, and donors partner with the private sector to address development challenges. Her work has spanned the globe but has generally focused on Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South and Southeast Asia.
