Peter Levine is a multi-disciplinary economic growth and private-sector development specialist with more than 25 years of experience in program management, new business development, and communications for complex international programs. This includes extensive work in Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Central/Eastern Europe and successful capture work for Abt Global in Africa. This portfolio of activities encompasses new business and technical/financial management of U.S.-government funded projects ranging from $5 million to $55 million. Committed to youth issues, he mentors students and young professionals and integrates them into programs.

Paul Anninos, who has more than 30 years of business and operational leadership in the public and private sectors, is Abt’s vice president and leader of Abt’s domestic U.S. environment business, including environmental program management, data and technology solutions, regulatory development and technical assistance, natural resource management, and climate and energy programs.Before joining Abt, Anninos served as chief growth officer and vice president for business development and marketing at REI Systems. He led growth initiatives that helped to establish REI as a leading information technology and business solutions provider, significantly expanding the company’s government business and nearly tripling its revenues to $90 million.

Sandra Wilson is an internationally known expert in research synthesis and meta-analysis. She has conducted systematic reviews of educational programs, most notably on school-based violence prevention and high school dropout programs.Prior to joining Abt, Wilson was the associate director of the Peabody Research Institute and a research assistant professor at Vanderbilt University. Wilson led and supported research projects at the Center for Evaluation Research and Methodology at Vanderbilt.

Graham Teskey, based in Canberra, Australia, is the leader of Abt Global’s Global Governance practice. He serves as a resource on the governance aspects of international development, leads or supports engagement with major clients, and is building Abt’s thought leadership and reputational capital in governance.Before joining Abt, Graham was the principal governance specialist for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), where his role was to advise DFAT on its governance and public sector programs in its international aid program.

Elaine Baruwa has more than 15 years of experience conducting program evaluations, economic evaluations, and working on pricing and costing policies and tools for the financing of health services and health systems in Nigeria, Haiti, Ethiopia, China, Bangladesh and other low-income countries.

Ricki Jarmon leads the Data Capture & Surveys practice within the Digital & Data Services team. He has more than 30 years of experience in survey research for U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Labor, Food and Nutrition Service, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Social Security Administration, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Administration for Children and Families.

Lauren Olsho is a senior health economist and evaluator with expertise in random assignment, quasi-experimental evaluation methods, economic modeling methodology, and advanced statistical and econometric analysis.Olsho’s primary research interests are in health, nutrition and health behaviors in vulnerable populations – including the elderly, the poor, program participants, minorities, arrestees and at-risk youth.Olsho recently served as principal investigator on a cluster random assignment evaluation of the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality On-Time Falls Prevention Initiative, a clinical decision support intervention to reduce falls in long-term care settings.

Jacqui De Lacy is responsible for leading Abt’s development and technical services in alignment with its mission and values. She has a deep practical understanding of development issues and operations and has the capacity to shape, implement, and review individual programs and large development portfolios in ways that maximize impact.Jacqui possesses excellent leadership and management skills and is a thought leader on development issues in the Asia Pacific region. She often is invited to speak at conferences and events on international development and can engage effectively with the media and with a broad range of stakeholders.

Clare Woolsey manages human resources (HR) strategic planning and leadership for the Abt Australia Asia Pacific business. She oversees talent acquisition and internal mobility, talent and performance management, professional development and succession planning, and key strategic initiatives.

Julie Sabol started her career in advertising and product placement for Macy's. After a few years in the commercial market, she began her 26-year career in designing social marketing campaigns, public health education materials, and consumer advocacy programs for the federal government.  A hallmark of her expertise, Ms. Sabol brings a blend of strategic thinking, evidence-based insights, and target audience positioning to develop robust multimedia campaigns and digital products.
